He's kept working alongside his dad ever since, and today runs Chico Well & Pump Co. himself.

How do I know if my well pump needs to be replaced instead of repaired?
Some warning signs point to a fixable problem — a bad pressure switch, a tripped breaker, a waterlogged tank.
